HGVC Points

The Hilton Grand Vacations Club operates on a points system called HGVC ClubPoints. HGVC allots each owner a certain amount of ClubPoints each year for their vacation accommodations and other services. When you buy an HGVC resale, all points of the previous owner transfer to you, since you’re really buying their membership.

Understanding Your Home Week

With any HGVC timeshare, you have what is called a Home Week. Your Home Week combines a number of different aspects of ownership:

  • The resort at which you own HGVC timeshare
  • The size of your timeshare unit
  • Your deeded fixed week of ownership
  • The season that your week falls in

Example: If you own a two bedroom timeshare at the HGVC Sunrise Lodge in Park City, Utah during Week 14 (Platinum Season), your Home Week is worth 8400 points.

The higher-demand your HGVC timeshare is, the more points it will ultimately be worth. HGVC ClubPoint values can change according to the Hilton Grand Vacations Club standards, but this will not affect your ability to reserve stays at your resort.
